"Alright then." Georgie said, coming to the great oak doors at the front of the castle. She paused, waiting for the rest to catch up. "Let's go. Don't get caught anyone, or it'll be all our necks." Georgie pushed open the doors excitedly and started to lead the way across the dark, freezing grounds. She did wish she had brought her cloak with her as the night air was crisp and cold against her face as she ran towards the Whomping Willow.

"Wha'? Oh, right. Sorry," he said, looking dazed. He shot a glance back over his shoulder at Bladon, hissing, "I'll tell you later." He ran ahead, and thudded against the oak doors as they reached them.
He pushed open the heavy wood barriers, and a blast of cool night breeze met him. He shivered a bit, and pulled his cloak from his back pocket.

Bladon watched his brother leave, his eyes following his retreating back. Sighing, he followed slowly, always staying behind them. He walked through the oak doors and tried to shrug off the cold air. He was unsuccessful as he began to shiver. Ignoring the cold, Bladon jogged slowly towards the Whomping Willow. 'What could Kevin want?' he thought to himself.

Bryn chewed her bottom lip anxiously. She only realized this idiosyncrasy when she tasted blood in her mouth. Bryn immediately stopped her compulsive nervous habit and touched the chewed lip tenderly. She knew this was only a distraction for herself. Something to procrastinate flouting the school rules so abrasively.
Dad would have done it. the voice in the back of her head hissed viciously, He would have gone for this adventure. Grandfather James would have done as well. Same as Mum. Bryn set her jaw. So maybe she didn't want to be like them. It didn't matter if she wanted to or not; Bryn knew she would never be like the rest of her family. It doesn't mean you can't have your own adventure, Bryn. An adventure that doesn't have anything to do with your stupid Potter-neurosis. Just fun. Do you remember 'fun', Bryn? Fun. Bryn doubted if she even had any memories that were just devil-may-care cut-loose fun.
Bryn hesitated, one foot inside the castl, one foot out on the stone steps. Then, in a way that was reminescent of a nervous child jumping into a freezing cold lake, Bryn launched herself out of her castle and jumped the stone steps, sprinting to catch up with the rest. She had come this far; she was not going to miss Evvie's attempt to pull a Davey Cudgeon.

Not cold in the slightest, (alright, maybe a bit...) Kevin made his way firmly through the grass, sauntering and grinning gleefully. The cool night air felt good against his face, and he pranced ahead of the others, confident that they'd get away with the night's activities. He was highly interested in seeing Evvie try and touch the trunk.
God. Did he just refer to her as Evvie? Now he knew he was mental, and he knew that if Draco found out, he most certainly wouldn't buy that excuse. He shrugged, realizing that he could have fun with the others, and worry later.
Did he shrug again? Gods, he really needed to stop being so obvious about his thoughts.

Georgie skidded to a stop, keeping a fair distance between her and the famously violent tree. It was relatively still, at the moment, but Georgie didn't much feel like getting within reach oif of it's swing when Evvie agitated it. She shivered as a bitter wind swept through the forrest, whistling and howling through the trees. Her fire-red bangs were blown off her face, out of her eyes, for once.
"Oi, Ev!" Georgie called, "Shall we turn back, or are you gonna go?" Georgie was curious to see whether Evvie would actually go through with this, but she figured the Lupin girl had gotten enough time to prepare herself, and Georgie was ready for another dare to get underway. Still, it would be a sight if Evelyn Lupin chickened a dare.

"C'mon, Lupin. We don't have all night." Kevin waited a safe distance from the Whomping Willow, smiling sheepishly at Evelyn. His arms were held around himself, and his body shook with shivering. The breeze swirled around him. He let out a sharp yell and leapt back as one of the montrous limbs burst into action. It crashed down beside him, barely three feet away from smashing down upon his head. He shook violently and he scrambled away. "B-bloody h-hell," he muttered. Kevin watched in dismay as the tree's roots creaked and groaned and the limbs stretched to get close to the smal group of adventurers. "Good luck, Evvie." He gulped, tense.
